web site. The Internet is a powerful tool and like most everything
else in life it's a double-edged sword. On the one hand the
Internet provides more information and services than a person
could ever hope to wade through in a single lifetime. On
the other hand, it can be used to provide more information
about you to the rest of the world than you probably will
ever wish to be known. Scary, isn't it?
There aren't really any easy answers on how to protect your
privacy. To be completely safe you have to choose not to participate
at all. However, this isn't a viable option for most of us,
who what to get better at what we do and use the power of this
site and the Internet to do so…so the next best thing
is to be particular about whom you choose to provide with your
personal information. Carl's Plumbing & Heating wants you to know exactly
how we use the information you provide.
PERSONAL INFORMATION:
First and foremost we respect and protect the privacy of our
users. Carl's Plumbing & Heating will never willfully disclose individually
identifiable information about its customers and members to
any third party without first receiving your written permission.
However, we only talk about our users and members in aggregate,
not as individuals. For example, we feel it's ok to tell an
advertiser that our membership base is x percent female and
y percent male. This type of information is useful in tailoring
our content and advertisement to your taste as a group.

this information for internal use only and we never sell, distribute,
share, or inform any third party about any detail of this type
of information. When we intend to use your personal information
we tell you up front. This way you can decide whether you want

or use a testimonial you've given us. In case you change your
